Before shopping online with Alcanz.com, you will be required to create an account. Creating an account with Alcanz will give you access to all of the great features of our site, including:

Our website also enables our wholesale buyers to create an account and place online orders just as our retail customers do. Once you receive a username and password, you may access the wholesale section of our website where our wholesale prices and catalog are displayed.

Shipping and Handling
Alcanz will ship your order via either FED EX or DHL Ground at a delivery charge directly correlating to the merchandise cost. Please refer to these Delivery Charges in the rate chart below when calculating charges for shipping.

We regret that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please allow between 24 and 48 hours for your order to be processed. Your package will arrive within 4-6 business days after you place your order. Time estimates for shipments outside the contiguous US cannot be guaranteed. Free shipping offer applies to orders where merchandise cost is $100 or more, before sales tax or shipping charges are calculated.

Sales Tax
Sales tax or GST will only be applied to any order that has a billing address in California or Canada , respectively. Sales tax and GST will be calculated using the current local Marin County , California sales tax and the applicable Canadian GST rate, respectively.

When you submit your order, you may pay for it with any of the following credit cards: PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

Exchanges and Returns
If you would like to return your Alcanz purchase, please email us at service@alcanz.com within 15 days of the purchase date. Faulty or damaged products will be refunded or exchanged if returned within 10 days of receipt. If your original order qualified for free shipping and you are returning an item which lowers your balance to under $100 we will subtract $8.50 from your refund to cover the shipping costs. Additionally, there is a 10% handling fee for each item returned. Regretfully, freight and return shipping fees are not refundable. To obtain refund or credit, items must be unopened and in original condition and must be returned via a prepaid, insured, traceable method (FEDEX, DHL, or insured Parcel Post) to:

Incorrect Orders
We regret any inconvenience caused by an incorrect order. In the event that it occurs, please notify us at either service@alcanz.com or 415-332-3586 within 10 days of the purchase date to obtain a pre-paid return envelope. Alternately, you may return the item to the address above via a prepaid, insured, traceable method (FEDEX, DHL, or insured Parcel Post) within 10 days of receipt. Alcanz International, LLC will reimburse the return shipping fee and waive shipping costs of replacement merchandise.

Backorders and Delays
Although we do not foresee any delays, sometimes demand exceeds supply and an out-of-stock occurs. Should this happen, you will be notified of any items that are out of stock. We will ship in-stock merchandise immediately and backorder out of stock merchandise under the original Alcanz Order Number. Backordered items will be shipped as they become available.
